Esprit des Garrigues a un fort lien avec les vignes qui se trouvent au milieu de la Garrigue. Quand on fait des dégustations il y a toujours un lien tres fort avec la garrigue avec les herbes qui donnent la fraicheur dans le nez. Le vin donne le meilleur du terroir de Boutenac, avec la fruité et les herbes.
